Founder & Principal
Barry Murphy established DDP Canada to provide foreign exporters with a structured and compliant pathway into the Canadian market. With more than three decades of experience in international freight, cross-border logistics, and customs coordination, he recognized that many foreign companies enter Canada without properly aligning their importer-of-record structure under CARM and Non-Resident Importer guidelines. DDP Canada was created to address that gap — ensuring regulatory foundations are established correctly before goods move.

Licensed Canadian Customs Broker
Mrs. Villa French serves as the primary client contact for DDP Canada and leads the regulatory coordination of Canadian import structures established under CARM and Non-Resident Importer (NRI) guidelines.
As a licensed Canadian Customs Broker, she provides direct oversight on importer account setup, customs entry alignment, and ongoing compliance requirements. Her role ensures that foreign exporters entering Canada do so with proper regulatory structure, documentation integrity, and operational readiness.
Through coordinated alignment between registration, brokerage, and compliance professionals, she supports clients from initial structuring through active import operations.
