Effective Date: October 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DDPCanada.com and any services provided by DDP Canada Inc. (“DDP Canada,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, requesting services or purchasing a DDP Canada service, you agree to these Terms.

  • Other Canadian operating support

The precise scope of any engagement will depend on the service purchased or agreed upon with the client.

2. DDP Canada Is Not a Customs Broker

DDP Canada is not a licensed customs broker.

Where customs brokerage services are required, we may introduce or coordinate with appropriately licensed Canadian customs brokerage providers.

Any customs brokerage agreement is between the client and the applicable customs broker unless expressly stated otherwise.

DDP Canada is also not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisory firm, immigration consultancy or Canadian government agency.

Information provided by DDP Canada is intended for general business and market-entry purposes and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.

3. Government Registrations and Approvals

Certain services may involve registrations, accounts, approvals or processes administered by Canadian government authorities.

DDP Canada will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist clients with these processes but does not control government processing times, decisions, systems or requirements.

We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of any government application

  • Issuance of a Business Number or importer account

  • CARM registration approval

  • Customs clearance

  • Eligibility to import any particular product

  • Processing timelines

  • Government system availability

  • Any particular commercial outcome

Government authorities may request additional information or documentation from a client at any time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information required to perform the requested services.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Correct legal company information

  • Corporate registration details

  • Ownership information

  • Product information

  • Import and export information

  • Government correspondence

  • Supporting documentation

  • Accurate contact details

DDP Canada is entitled to rely on information supplied by the client.

Delays or errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by the client are not the responsibility of DDP Canada.

5. Canadian Importer & CARM Setup Fee

Where offered through DDPCanada.com, the Canadian Importer & CARM Setup service is currently priced at:

USD $495 — One-Time Fee

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this fee covers the DDP Canada professional and administrative services described in the applicable offer.

Government charges, customs brokerage fees, bonds, financial security, duties, taxes, transportation, warehousing and third-party professional fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Prices may change for future purchases. The price applicable to an engagement is the price shown or otherwise agreed at the time the service is purchased.

6. Payments

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed or otherwise agreed.

DDP Canada does not directly store complete payment-card information where payment is processed by a third-party provider.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Because DDP Canada services involve professional time, administrative work and potentially third-party coordination, fees may become non-refundable once work has commenced.

Where a client wishes to cancel before work has begun, the client should contact DDP Canada promptly at [email protected].

Any refund eligibility will depend on the status of the engagement, work already performed, costs already incurred and any terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

DDP Canada may introduce, recommend or coordinate with third-party providers such as:

  • Customs brokers

  • Freight forwarders

  • Transportation companies

  • Warehousing providers

  • Legal, accounting or tax professionals

  • Human resources providers

  • Technology providers

  • Financial institutions or security providers

  • Other Canadian professional service providers

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these providers operate independently from DDP Canada.

DDP Canada does not guarantee the performance, pricing, availability or outcomes of independent third-party providers.

Clients should review and accept the third party's own terms before engaging their services.
